Wellness Services

This service provides free support to whānau experiencing mild to moderate health concerns, emphasising lifestyle enhancement, medicinal education, and overall support. Offerings include group cognitive behavioural therapy and guidance to external therapeutic resources. Registration with Te Hiku Hauora is not required to access this service.
