We’re looking for a Registered Nurse OR Social Worker to support whānau wellbeing within our holistic Mental Health Hub and General Practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide community mental health support within our practices.

• Work alongside Dr. Hinemoa and our mental health team.

• Help whānau access services & improve their wellbeing.

• Contribute to a kaupapa Māori approach to mental health.
   

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate, driven, and whānau-focused.

• Thrives in a kaupapa Māori health space.
